We will work one-on-one with you to set a financial plan
As needed we may help coordinate credit improvement, financial coaching, setting up a deposit-savings account, etc...
So people can have something to show for decades of work
As we launch new pre-construction projects, we will offer them to the people in the order they were registered to our Buyer Program
YOU can choose to Buy or Pass on the projects offered
If you choose to buy, then we will enter into a Pre-construction Purchase Contract. Deposits will start being charged at that point
So people can live with independence and dignity
We will build and deliver the unit, in approximately 18-24 months
Once the unit is move-in-ready, closing happens!
Keys are given, you move in, new possibilities arise
